Show me your Joomla! Page

Hi all

I am impressed by a Free Open Source content management system called “Joomla!”, and I have installed it on another domain of mine. Like WordPress, the web publishing platform that powers TeamTuxedo, Joomla! is quite feature rich. With that power comes the flexibility to be as sophisticated or as basic as you like. The only limitation is your imagination and the extent to which you are willing to commit to the learning curve. For instance, WordPress in it’s simplest configuration, is ready to publish right out of the box. No experience necessary. If you can use a word processor, you can start blogging. No HTML or design knowledge is needed beyond your content ideas. On the other hand, WordPress has some of the most powerful web publishing features available. The more energy you are willing to commit to learning about the in depth features, the more advanced a website you can build. I can honestly say that WordPress is easily the best server side web application I have ever used, faster than a speeding bullet, more powerful than a locomotive. I certainly am not attempting to compare apples and oranges here. My experience with WordPress is simply an example of power and flexibility. Which brings me back to Joomla! I have just started looking at it, and my initial impressions are favorable. I would like to hear from users of Joomla! regardless of your level of experience, and I would love to go to your site and see what you have done using Joomla! Leave me a comment with your web address (if applicable) and any review you want to offfer.

I look forward to hearing from you
